They seem to have a business offering custom searches and maybe faster searches for those who pay https://www.mojeek.com/services/ – since i think that’s a slippery slope i’ll give them just 4 blocks.

Review of Mojeek
They seem to be trade-free. They do not seem to post ads in the search results or collect data about users for profit purposes. They do not want subscriptions or anything like that. It seems that they want to provide you with a search engine and that’s what they do.
